A voice crying in the wilderness …
Wherever it is empty – desolate – far from love
“Prepare the way of the Holy One – make the paths straight!”
So much to be done …
Let every valley be exalted
So much ruin to repair …
And every mountain and hill made low
So much pride, so much ignorance to clear away …
Where – when – how do we begin?
Here – now – let us worship God
