Call to Worship
(based on Luke 9:28-36)
In the midst of life, with all its familiarity and all its struggle,
Do we ever wish for some dramatic moment of clarity and enlightenment?
Some reassurance that we are headed in the right direction?
Or some beacon that marks the right direction?
We hear about those moments; we hear people say “You had to be there.” We want to be there – where clarity happens, where light shines in darkness.
Here we are.
Let us worship God!
And all were astounded at the greatness of God.
