Call to Worship

The invitation sounds too good to be true:
make a joyful noise, all the earth!
The invitation is serious, intentional:
make a joyful noise, all the earth!
The invitation is urgent:
take that first step, make that joyful noise, all the earth!
Encourage the faint-hearted, support the weak, help the suffering,
all the earth, make a joyful noise to the HOLY ONE!
Already, now, expectantly, in this early dawn,
make a joyful noise to the HOLY ONE!
Alleluia! Let us worship God!

Make a joyful noise to the HOLY ONE all the earth.
Serve the HOLY ONE with gladness,
Come before His presence with singing.
