Pentecost

Call to Worship

[based on Acts 2:1-21]

When the Holy Spirit calls us together and calls us to worship,
[some] It could sound like the rush of a violent wind, the crackling of flames,
[others] It could sound like water splashing into a bowl, like the whisper of a morning breeze, like the silence of candlelight,
[all] It will always sound like welcome, like grace, like hope, like love …
Alleluia! Let us worship God!
