Sometimes we wait things out together.
For technical reasons beyond my comprehension and power to explain, there’s about an hour’s worth of waiting between the end of the worship service and the final “here’s our online worship service” post. Waiting for technology to do what technology’s got to do.
There are other kinds of waiting. Waiting for the food to cook. Waiting for class to start. Waiting for a word from the OR. …
Waiting it out together is a chance to talk. No particular agenda. Whatever comes up.
