Churches in today’s world are also, typically, corporations. They employ people. They own property. They conduct business activities.
This means churches – to be more precise, the people on the church boards, or the members of the corporation – have to decide how they are going to conduct that business. According to whose rules, and whose logic.
You’d think there wouldn’t be any question about that.
But you’d be wrong.
